Important Rental Guidelines – What You Need to Know

Absolutely! All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. We proudly stand behind our Clean Guarantee. Inflatables are also state-inspected annually and fully insured, as required by Texas law. Inspection tags and insurance documents are available upon request.

No. For safety reasons, we do not set up in winds over 25 mph. If strong winds arise during your event, deflate the inflatable immediately until conditions improve.
Rain or cold? Rentals may be canceled if rain chances exceed 40% or if temperatures are expected to be under 40°F. In those cases:
• Your deposit becomes a 1-year rain check
• If you choose to proceed and the weather worsens, full rental fees still apply

The earlier, the better! All rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your rental. Even if your event is coming up fast, contact us — we’ll do our best to fit you in!

• Deposits: Credit or debit card (paid securely online)
• Final balance: Cash, or school/church/business checks (due at delivery)
We do not accept personal checks.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel due to inclement weather, we’ll apply your deposit as a rain check valid for 1 year. Refunds (minus card processing fees) may be considered for emergencies at our discretion.

Yes, Texas state sales tax is applied where required. If your organization is tax-exempt, please provide a valid certificate at least 2 days before your event.

We serve Central Texas, including:
De Leon, Gorman, Eastland, Cisco, Clyde, Abilene, Brownwood, Comanche, Dublin, Stephenville, Granbury, Weatherford, and nearby areas.

• Free delivery is available for bounce houses, slides, tents, and obstacle courses within 20 miles of De Leon
• For areas beyond that, please request a quote
• Tables and chairs require a $100 minimum order for delivery and do not include setup/takedown

Inflatable delivery usually occurs between 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM. Early deliveries may happen to accommodate all customers but do not affect your rental time.
Tent setup may happen the day before the event.
Pickups may run up to 3 hours after your end time. Overnight and multi-day options are available.

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors — all surfaces must be level and clear.
We do not set up on gravel, rocks, or sand. The setup area must be free of debris, sticks, and animal waste.

• Mark any underground utilities (gas, water, power, etc.)
• Provide a dedicated 110v outlet within 75 feet for each inflatable blower
• Wet units must be within 75 feet of a water source (each unit needs its own hose hookup)
We provide heavy-duty outdoor extension cords (max 100 feet total length).

No problem! Our units range from 6’ to 25’ tall and up to 60’ long. Ask us for exact dimensions — we’ll help make sure everything fits your space.

• Inflatables: 6 hours (standard)
• Tables, chairs, tents: 24 hours
• Overnight and multi-day rentals are available. Setup must be in a secure location, and renter assumes responsibility for loss or damage.
Bonus: Rent Friday or Saturday and get Sunday free!

• Inflatables: Must be delivered and set up by our team (no self-pickup)
• Tables, chairs, and small items: Available for pickup by appointment

Absolutely! We have bundle deals for birthdays, schools, churches, and more. Ask us about current discounts.

Yes. We deliver to public parks and event spaces. Just make sure someone is present during setup and takedown, and verify permit or insurance requirements with the venue.

Yes. While we handle setup and takedown, you’re responsible for keeping the equipment reasonably clean and undamaged.

Please avoid:
• Silly string, glitter, confetti, food, or drinks in bounce houses
• Moving inflatables after they’ve been set up
• Water use on dry units

Fees may apply for:
• Excessive cleaning ($75–$150)
• Damage or misuse (based on repair costs)
• Unauthorized movement of units ($75 and do-not-rent list)
